Staff were first rate - from front desk to servers in the impressive lounge area. The gritty Lower East Side may not be to everyone's taste, but the hotel is a classy, quiet sanctuary in it.

A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! Cheers!

We were visiting our children and The Ludlow is conveniently located between the two of them. I loved the look of the hotel and the lobby and staff are great. We ate dinner the first night at the hotel bar/lobby. Food, drinks and atmosphere was fantastic. We also had breakfast the next morning and it was very good. My only complaint is the room felt small compared to other hotels of the same caliber. I had upgraded to a suite as i like to have more space. The room decor is beautiful but I prefer a larger room and the hotel does not have a 1 bedroom version of this size. However, the location of hotel and the amenities are wonderful.

The atmosphere and vibe were great. I loved that it was a place people came to hang, work, grab a drink in the lounge area but kept seats available for hotel guests. The room was very comfortable and spacious for an nyc hotel. The hotel had an amazing location and provided the experience we were looking for! I was a little surprised that I could hear other guests moving around in their room. The elevator wait times could be annoying at times

Absolutely love this hotel. It's has such a great vibe and the rooms are lovely. The location is great... easy to get everywhere. Only complaint... sometimes it's a little hard to find some place to put things down... there's so much stuff in the room... otherwise don't change a thing.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was great. Incredible service, wonderful ambiance and I enjoyed the room. Comfortable and upscale. Nothing I can think of.
