M Social Hotel New York Downtown

We absolutely loved our stay at M Social Times Square! One of the things we enjoyed most was the atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby is vibrant, lively, and full of energy, with people socializing, activities taking place throughout the day, and live music that makes the whole experience feel special. It’s a place where you genuinely enjoy spending time, not just a hotel to sleep in. The cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay, and our room had a fantastic view of New York City. It was such a pleasure to wake up every morning and see the city from our window. Another highlight was the balcony overlooking Times Square. The view is absolutely spectacular, and it became one of our favorite places to relax. Watching the sunset and the city lights come alive in the evening from there was an unforgettable experience. I would also like to thank the team for their outstanding customer service. We had originally booked M Social Downtown, and when there was a change to our reservation, another hotel near Downtown was offered. However, we really wanted to experience staying at an M Social property, and the team went above and beyond to make that happen by moving us to M Social Times Square. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed us. It was clear that they genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience, and we were so grateful for their help. Overall, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip to New York even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend M Social Times Square to anyone visiting the city!

The location is brilliant. I had doubts about being in Fidi but it comes alive over the weekend in a relaxed, unpressured way. Plus you can be almost anywhere from here within minutes. The rooms are a great size. The hotel has been fully renovated, we enjoyed brilliant views of the Hudson and all in all incredible stay. Nothing not to like. Okay, there is no pool and the gym is minimal but functional. We didn't try any of the hotel restaurants because we had a long list of specialty restaurants we wanted to try in the neighborhood.

Great location. The staff that checked us in was amazing!!!! The next morning we needed front desk help and that person was rude and unsavory. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and if everyone could operate like the guy that checked us in, it would be a solid go to in Tribeca/downtown.

Gorgeous hotel in such a central location to WTC and all subway lines! I am an NYC local who had to stay due to an apartment issue and was blown away by this location.

Good size

The location is amazing as well as the size of the rooms, well above what is typically found in New York. The bathroom fixings could do with ana upgrade but everything was so clean there were no issues.

Fantastic stay in New York City. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for Manhattan. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to NYC.

We originally had room 5211 which has a default window that fogs up on the right side. So we decided to cut the AC and walk around Manhattan for a few hours. When we arrived the window was still fogged up. So we requested a new room and the staff was generous to switch us with no hesitation. Window was a nuisance because you expect to be blown away when arriving to New York and with my wife traveling for the first time there it kinda took that excitement away especially making it difficult to enjoy the city view. But the staff was great to change our room.

The hotel is in a very central place, easy to reach varies attractions, and the tube is super close. The view is unbelievable, very beautiful day and night. The room was of a good size and it was clean. The staff was nice and there were no issues with elevators or access. Also, the deposit for the room was refunded within a week, no issues there. Overall we had a great stay.

We arrived after a 15 hour journey and when we got to the desk Terquone told us that our room was gone.....so he would have to upgrade us to the 51st floor! We were absolutely delighted. I had booked the corner suite on a highfloor but instead we got a one bedroom suite on one of the highest floors. It really made our holiday. Staying at the hotel was one of the highlights of the trip. Every morning we awoke to the sunrise through the skyscrapers. Below, we could see the 911 memorial and also the Oculus. I had been worried about booking the financial district as wasn't sure if it was too far away. We also had 5 days in the upper west side and looking back, we enjoyed the financial district just as much. There was a subway beside the hotel and you could also walk quite easily to the West Village, and Tribeca as well as to Brookyln bridge. I had been worried about the grab and go breakfast from previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised as it was very good quality and we could sit in the lobby and eat it. Because everything was recently renovated sitting in the lobby was very pleasant. Recommended Beware of the hot dog stand outside the hotel, we got charged 66 dollars for two hotdogs and a wrap with three cokes. We hadn't asked the price of the wrap in advance only the hotdogs. They blatantly scammed us as the hotdogs were 5 each, the wrap and three cokes were 56 dollars
