Nice pool in downtown Manhattan

Celebrated my engagement there and the team went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We loved every minute and kudos to you Four Seasons for a spectacular time. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Downtown a number of times over the last few years. I have nothing but praise for the hotel, cleanliness, amenities, location and most important of all, the staff - who could not be more helpful.

Great restaurant

Phenomenal room and gym. Super clean. Breakfast restaurant was slow and excessively expensive ($12 water!).

From the very beginning, it was clear how much care and attention you put into making every guest feel comfortable and well taken care of, whether they are visiting for leisure or business. The overall experience was excellent, and I genuinely felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay. What stood out the most: • Location • Friendly, extremely kind and helpful staff • Facilities • Cleanliness • Quiet atmosphere despite being in the center of a very busy and noisy city Your team is always ready to help with absolutely anything — whether it’s advice, information, or even something as simple as providing a charger. That level of attentiveness makes a real difference. On our first day, we were welcomed by an absolutely wonderful member of your staff who created a small itinerary for us for our first day in New York. It was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Throughout our stay, all our requests and questions were answered promptly and with genuine kindness. It is rare to find such a combination of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, and it truly elevated our entire experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
