Great location

I dont like nothing in this place

the front desk team were very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed by the housekeeping service. When we asked for fresh bedding, the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning and organizing the entire room. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and I also enjoyed the pool area. One issue was that guests would reserve pool loungers early in the day and then leave for hours, making it difficult for others to find a place to sit. Unfortunately, this was not monitored by the hotel staff. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. Although breakfast was advertised as included, many items required additional charges, and the food quality was not very good. In addition, there seemed to be an expectation to leave extra tips even though service charges were already included. The rooms and beds were also quite small, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Bad

Location The rooms are very small. The service staff in all of the hotel’s bars and restaurant are the slowest I have ever experienced. If you book a room that states breakfast is included, in reality you only receive a $25 voucher to use toward breakfast. For breakfast, I ordered Eggs Benedict, but instead I was served a hard-boiled egg on toast, along with a glass of juice and a cup of coffee. Even with the voucher, I still had to pay almost $10 extra. Apart from its excellent location, everything else about this hotel is significantly overpriced and overrated.

Exceptional

Location was the greatest. Easy subway excess. The pool in june was sooo great. View from room amazing. The breakfast was a bit slow. Would have liked a bit more of healtier options on the menu.

Lots of different areas to hang out Rooftop bar beautiful Bar and grill not organized When you walk in you just seat yourself and no one knows who is first or if you even get attended to very crowded need to be organized

This was a great retreat right in the middle of Times Square. Clean hotel with restaurants, bars and a pool. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Had a coffee maker and free water. Bed was comfortable large, bathroom was clean. Room service came daily. Only cons are that the elevators can be slow at peak times. But you will have that anywhere with more than 10 floors. Did not run into a single unfriendly staff member.

All perfect

Great location and good food options. It was nice to have the roof top pool for our young son. Restaurants seemed short staffed. We ordered in one night and had excellent food and service. Room was very small but clean and effcient.

Very good

For some reason my reservation was canceled but not by me. I had traveled with my daughter 12 hours that day and we just wanted some place cool to lay down. It took the workers a while to figure it out but they did find amd reinstate my reservation.
