I had a very nice stay at this hotel. It’s a perfect location for restaurants and theater and Times Square.I would recommend it any day.

Staff was very friendly and professional and i was able to check in early with an upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located in Times Square and Broadway. Whole Foods is on the corner and the room has a microwave and a refrigerator.

Could not get housekeeping to service room even when asked. Complementary coffee was not available/ they ran out early and didn’t make more unless they were asked.

The front desk receptionist is incredibly helpful, and the hotel is spotless.

It was a nice stay. The room didn't have a traditional closet but that was minor.

Room was great, convenient location, but the best part was the front desk staff. Both ladies who I encountered were warm, friendly, personable. I wish I had gotten their names. Top tier service.

What stood our most was the excellent staff! The front desk team was welcoming and helpful, and the housekeepoing staff cleaned our room every day!
