Great location, beautiful room, friendly staff
-
Great staff, great location, comfy bed.

Rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is extremely well situated at the edge of to SoHo and a super easy walk to the 1 subway and 6th Avenue. The pool is tiny and the rooftop becomes a club at night so it’s not as relaxing an amenity as we had thought it would be. But it is quite a decent value if you can get a good price, and the staff are very nice.

Excellent location. Large rooms. Very comfortable Construction in the area

What I liked less was the wear and tear of the hotel: hallway carpets and room cabinets have been intensively used. When we came in, the sink stopper was jammed and had to be repaired, rain came from outside into the room and the TV was either too cheap or too old that simple Netflix streaming didn't work. We noticed the residuals of room service of another room were not being picked up from the hallway for several days.

Excellent location. Rooms are relatively large

There was literal hair in my fridge when I was arrived! The roof area wasn’t even open the entire time it was supposed to be. The staff were nice, but getting them to set up a car for me was an absolute mess and I ended up just taking cabs. I spoke with the concierge before arrival about getting a certain pillow selection, and the person at the desk in check in had no idea what I was talking about when I arrived. I do NOT recommend anyone stay here. I have stayed in better places for the same price, there is NO WAY I’ll stay there again.

Exceeded expectations

Would not stay here again. Not sure I will book through Expedia again as there is no way to troubleshoot.

Good location, beautiful hotel Staff at the front desk weren’t as friendly or welcoming

We spent more for an upgraded room. Unfortunately this put us on a high floor and the loud music from the rooftop bar kept us up both weekend nights. They were not able to give us a different room and while they said they’d bring ear plugs they did not follow through.
-
Great location and staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and bed was exceptionally comfortable.
-
Cool and modern while still being comfortable and intimate. Fun art and style throughout. Quiet, without too much city noise or from other guests. Great location for us near hip neighborhoods and easy parking option. The guest services texting system. It was not effective and caused some confusion and trouble.

Definite MUST stay when in Soho. Great service, dining options, amenities and comfy beds!

We had a nice stay. Great location and friendly staff! My only complaint is that I messaged ahead that an early check-in would be appreciated and received a response they couldn't promise but would try. No mention of any cost. When we arrived early we were told a room was available but early check-in would cost $100, so we declined.

location is great not 5 star service at all some of the staff were nice, some were rude they are definitely understaffed so everything takes forever (getting your bags from storage, answering the phone, checking in) my room wasn’t even made one day and i had to call twice to at least get my towels replaced

We LOVEDDDD this hotel. It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to treat us so well. We loved the room and view and La Labo soap and shampoo. We also loved the location. Nothing.
-
We stayed 4 nights highly recommended it. Room size amazing , location very good , service great and very friendly staff.

We enjoyed two nights at the hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, the $30 credit towards the mean was appreciated. Location is perfect for SoHo, China Town, Little Italy walking. Quick Uber uptown if needed is easy to get. Overall, great.
