We loved our stay at the Sheraton Tribeca. The location was ideal, very close to everything and the staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Keuan and Mia. If the price is right, we will definitely stay there again.

Sabrina has been phenomenal and exceedingly welcoming to us as returning customers.

Location was ok but facilities were bad The staff, the layout

Lounge and terrace are good. Room is small , no place to work. No sofa to sit. Bathroom is new and good. Location was not right for business associates. Canal street seems strange. Hotel does not have a doorman on this street. Strange and not safe .

I was not notified that there would be construction in the on site restaurant. and there was no onsite gym access. we had to go next door to a planet fitness. Shouldnt have paid as much as I did.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's within 3 metro stops to most of the places we planned to visit. The big TV in our room was really helpful during the World Cup season, so we can watch every game. We were originally placed very dark room on the 3rd floor. The window is fully occlude by other buildings and we felt like we were in a prison. Fortunately in the second day, we were able to move to the 16th floor, and the room is much brighter

Very clean! No comments. It was perfect.

great, service people specifically Amina of frontdesk They did not mentioned that there is on going renovation.

Great location. Our room, #413, was very quiet, even the night the Knicks won. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, and our room was newly done. Our issue was the bathtub/shower. It was old style, and had NO grab bars. I had requested a walk in shower but was told the only rooms with walk in showers were rooms with one king size bed. We needed two beds. I find it astounding that Sheraton did not consider the serious danger of installing old school bathtubs without grab bars in their upgrades.

Clean. Nice size room. Limited amenities.

Exceptional

We were allocated 21st floor and for most people would love the view but not fond of lifts and requested a lower floor which was immediately amended to the 5th floor. We had an extremely busy day and did not want to go out again, therefore accessed bar area. Staff were extremely friendly, had a big screen which screened the world cup football, hence, no reason to leave the hotel. The room for 2 people we felt was spacious and modern, clearly had been refurbished. We could easily spend a week in the room without feeling cramped. The cost, we felt was on the high side but having no previous experience of New York we feel the impact of the world cup had maybe inflated the price of accommodation. We hope to revisit New York and would certainly make the Sheraton our first port of call. Absolutely nothing!

Very Good

the room was nice. the lobby was under construction and jack hammers were in action. terrible.
-
What a bargain for a great room in a great location! For the cost I expected a very small room where you can barely walk around the bed, but this room was newly renovated, decent size and a lovely bathroom. Nothing.

the hotel registration and lobby were under construction so it was not good downstairs. however, my room was perfect with its own patio and amenities bed, temperature were all great, as was the staff. Especially wonderful waiter in the ersatz dining room.
