Great location and great room with beautiful view
-
Terrific location and pretty lobby/guest spaces. Our TV was broken for the three nights we were there and went unfixed for the stay. The bathroom configuration is the oddest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The sliding door offered no privacy, with transparent doors that you can see silhouettes through.
-
My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working very well. It was a hot weekend, but still had made for a painful sleep.
-
Location Dated facilities, elevators suck, bathroom sink wasnt deep enough and bathroom doors were noisy which means if you needed to use the batroom in the middle of the night, it woke everyone up. Also rooms were small. Like 10x15.

I had booked this hotel but due to flight cancellations I arrived the next morning and the check in staff were amazing. They allowed me to use the room to get showered and freshen up.

The location was amazing. So close to everything in the flower district. The roof top bar was unreal with one of the best views in Manhattan, worth the cost of the rooms on its own. The only real issue with the hotel was the rooms were really small. There were no cupboards to put your clothes, So you ended up living out of your suitcase which was difficult is you were on the window side of the room as that was the only space for bags. Also it felt like the toilet and shower were part of the room... But it was a small price to pay for a great location.

Good location, good bars in the hotel, and clean.

super, conveniently located, plenty of food options, easy transportation, hotel also had lots of activities

The hotel also charges a mandatory destination fee that is advertised as including a $20 daily credit. In reality, the credit offers very little value because there are few worthwhile options available to use it on. It feels more like an extra charge disguised as a benefit. The on-site coffee shop was another letdown. The coffee and food quality were mediocre at best, yet the prices were extremely high. Paying premium prices for subpar products only added to the disappointment. Overall, the hotel seems more focused on collecting additional fees than delivering the experience guests are paying for. If you charge a destination fee, provide meaningful benefits. If guests pay for a specific room, honor the reservation. Between not receiving the room we booked, the overpriced and underwhelming coffee shop, and the lack of value from the destination fee, this stay fell far short of expectations. We would not stay here again and would encourage other travelers to carefully review the fees and room guarantees before booking.
