Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

This hotel is in the middle of Times Square and close enough to jump on the train when needed. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The staff got us into our room very early on check in day which was much needed

Room was small and outdated with not a lot of amenities however the lobby and staff were excellent. The whole hotel was clean and smelled great and the location was awesome! Would definitely stay again

It’s good enough for a single traveler for a day or two. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Charged a resort fee that seemed dubious.

I don't want to add more beyond my star ratings because it would be unfair to the staff who were very helpful.

Loved it

Shower/bathroom was dated. Paint chipping, some evidence of aging but was clean. Being able to pay for breakfast ahead allowed us to save time in the mornings. And it was delicious! Check in staff and luggage storage staff were great!

This hotel is extremely convenient for me as a theater lover. The staff are always fantastic especially Nathalie at reception. First rate!!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful!

I arrived at approximately 11:00 AM and was met with a lobby full of guests—around 50 people were waiting for their rooms. After standing in line for nearly an hour, I was informed, in a very rude manner, that my room was not ready and that I would need to continue waiting. After spending the entire day waiting and receiving no meaningful updates, we finally decided to leave around 2:00 AM. Having already traveled all day, we were exhausted. We then spent the next two hours walking around the city with our luggage, searching for a hotel with available rooms. Due to the World Cup, most hotels were fully booked. We were fortunate to find another hotel at approximately 4:00 AM. Given the number of guests waiting and the inability to provide accommodations, it seemed likely that the hotel had overbooked. Before leaving, I submitted a refund request through Expedia. Despite never being provided a room, the hotel still insisted on charging me for one night. In the end, I was charged for a reservation that was never honored. This experience was completely unacceptable. I would never stay at this hotel again and would strongly encourage others to consider alternative accommodations.

We enjoyed our staff. Very friendly, efficient staff!

Room was one of the smallest, I always got stuck at the lift.
