Great Hotel and very helpful staff. Very pleased.

Great hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious but NYC standards and clean. The restaurant in the lobby has great coffee and is a fun place to spend an evening. Joe the manager is fantastic. He made our stay very enjoyable.

Lobby was great, close to everything , crowded at check in which took forever, although they did hand out water which was nice, elevators took too long, very dark rooms, HORRIBLE water pressure, Shantelle at front desk was the best!! Won’t stay again mostly cause of the water pressure !

It is my belief that if you upgrade to a nicer toilet tissue, you would actually save money in the long run.
-
Great location for a hotel but the lift service was terrible and had to wait a long time. Also the front desk had such limited staff that check out took ages. Not the best customer service and very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel

Exceptional location, staff and room
-
Room was clean with a nice view. Staff were very helpful, especially Gezennia at the check-in desk and the staff at cafeteria area. Couple of the smaller elevators were quite dark. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, centrally located.

The staff were all really friendly and accomidating. Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. The staff gave Zero hassel or judgement. The property itself I would say the rooms are small concrete squares and can be very dark with the shades closed, easy to loose a sense of time, this is a pro or con depending on what you like; and elevators can be really, really slow to arrive during higher traffic hours. The bathrooms were clean, the bed was firm yet soft, good for the back and the TV was nice! We did not do the breakfast package.

Staff were awesome. Didn’t love the smell when you first walk into the hotel. Might want to work on that.
