Great hotel helpful friendly staff will definitely be back
-
However, they only offer a breakfast buffet which was quite expensive for some one who eats small meals.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and you can visit most tourist attractions within walking distance. One issue I had was with the minibar. I didn't drink or take anything from the fridge. I only opened it to see what was inside. However, I was initially charged over $200. I explained the situation to the staff when I checked out and I'm not sure whether the charge was ultimately removed, but it was quite stressful and frustrating.

Staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is close to everything, and its right above the train station

Good hotel

Location, rooms, cleanliness Concierge was extremely rude
-
Location Being dismissed by duty manager after questioning why no service by housekeeping was disappointing..rudely told not the hotels problem left me speechless
-
Cheating while having breakfast , charges are unnecessary for amenities..

The room was clean and better than my expectation. The bathroom was big and I expected a smaller area given that we are in Times Square area. The location is perfect, it’s two blocks from Times Square so less crowded and noisy. One thing is that they had extra charges for things we didn’t use in the room so we had to review the receipt and they corrected it, but if you were in hurry, you might miss it.

Awesome experience.

I have told people to stay there and recommend recommended this place and now I have gone out of my way to make sure that I would never recommend it again I’m very disappointed and it was anything but a intercontinental experience. Will not be returning, and by the way, there’s never room at the bar or in the dining room area during breakfast

Not as much NYC street noise. Room size

I like the view and the place The cleaning issues it is not 5 star at all and there is some of the stuff issues and delays the orders like i ordered the new towels and I had been waiting like two or three hours after i called second time they sent it after i complained and I didn’t feel I have my privacy I put D&D and someone entered my room when i wasn’t there and they said no one which is not true , i tried to call to complain about my room and one of their front desk returned my call and he spoke with me with very rude attitude and bad communication and he said just say thanks god that we have you this room and rather than the dust everywhere in the room and I had like rash all over my body because of useless stuff and may be used towels

The rooms were clean and the staff were respectful. The criticism we have is that the room that we had originally requested was not correct for our needs. When I booked, I reserved an accessible room and at the time I emailed ahead to let them know that my Mum (who is physically disabled and can’t raise her legs) needed a walk in shower/ wet room. This was many months ago. They emailed to say that they would accommodate this. Upon our arrival, we were told that the room had a bath! We weren’t able to accept it as my Mum needed a wet room. We had to wait an extra night until one became available. The rest of the time, the hotel was incredibly hospitable and kind. They bent over backwards and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay… but we do think that the hotel should have been better prepared as they did know the circumstances. Everything else was great. The breakfast was incredible!

Great stay staff was Amazing
-
The breakfast and all the food we ordered was delicious There were young guests staying in some of the rooms next door, they were loud at 11 pm to 1 am in the morning, running in and out of each others rooms in the hallway, loud, slamming doors.
-
They treated customers poorly. It’s not worth the money for a 5 star hotel. Won’t come back.

Great location great staff

Amazing views, lovely breakfast!

The location The front desk staff, especially the night manager was not professional, definitely not for a 5 star hotel. You better see the cctv at around 6:10am, May 27. There was some amount discrepancy on the receipt during the check-out, and I requested the explanation for it. The initial staff member who helped me said I didn’t owe anything to them and I could go. But the issue was not that I owed to them but they owed to me 23 dollars based on the receipt. In all, I am very disappointed in the management and their staff training, essentially the attitude of the night manager. PS, I stayed at the room 637, go to the that hallway, the stinky smell was unbearable, even though getting better when we left.
