Friendly staff, cleanliness although there was no daily room cleaning even after request. Breakfast was repetitive, no vending machine to purchase water or soda. No restaurant locally and lots of construction work. Poor view

The place is well maintained (i understand it is newly built) and has the level of appointment one would expect of a Marriott close to the airport. I really liked the availability of one-bedroom suites and the restaurant in the hotel across the parking lot. The restaurant there was great. Staff at Residence Inn were also excellent - friendly, professional, efficient. The airport shuttle is very handy. This is just an issue related to the hotels in the NYC airport area - prices are a lot compared to what you get.

The staff at reception are friendly and helpful in all aspects during all my interactions with them. They mentioned my Marriott bonvoy membership which I had forgotten, provided detailed information on dining and airport shuttle services. Welcome relief after a 19 hour flight! Breakfast staff were less friendly though

It was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is when there was mention of the shuffle. I wasn’t informed that there were two Marriot hotels at the same location and therefore when the shuttle let us out at the Marriott hotel I waited in line for 20 minutes to check in only to find out I was in the wrong place. Other than that, everything was great.
