Localidad muy buena. Cuarto grande y limpio.

Stayed here for three nights during our visit to NY in mid May. Great locations, can walk to many nearby attractions including Times Square. Lots of dining and shopping options. Close to subway and have no problem connecting to anywhere in NY. The breakfast was included in our booking and it was excellent, the breakfast floor is very crowded. Enjoyed our stay.

great location. peaches and bananas were yummy. breakfast was a bit boring - The elevator buttons were frustrating as some of the buttons for floors didn't work. and the wood is a bit tired.

Looks dated, ready for a remodel!

Just location Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. Before our arrival, the hotel never responded to our messages. Upon check-in, the staff seemed unprepared and uninterested in assisting us, and the room was not properly cleaned. Most concerning, however, was the billing issue. We were charged more than the confirmed booking amount and, despite multiple requests, never received an invoice or any explanation for the additional charges. Even Booking.com was unable to get a response from the hotel on our behalf. Problems can happen at any hotel, but the complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

The staff was amazing very accommodating. The location was perfect.!! The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be they only have biscuits and gravy on Sunday. I really love this hotel.!

The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is another huge advantage. Both Times Square and the Empire State Building are within walking distance, and subway stations are right at the doorstep, making it very convenient to get around New York City. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again on my next trip and would highly recommend Residence Inn to family and friends. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

The best

As for the property itself, it is a bit dated, and the bathroom in our unit was on the smaller side. However, the actual bedroom size was spacious—much larger than most hotels you'll find in this area of NYC. A huge bonus was the included breakfast, which saved us a lot of money. It does get quite crowded between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but the staff was wonderfully polite and did an excellent job keeping the area clean and well-stocked. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and space!

Location: Great. Right in times square. Pros: Valet that is not crazy expensive. Amazing Hot Pot restaurant right next to the hotel. Mids: Breakfast included, but it is very mid. Cons: The room was terrible. Desperately needs updating. AC broken and we were roasting alive in the room all night at 79 degrees. It was horrible. The bathroom is so small, no fan and you can barely open the door. This was the worst hotel room I have had in any city in many years, and I stay in hotels all the time. In the last month I have stayed in 4 different hotels. There was nice ice bucket in the room, or an ice machine on the floor. The room was grubby and gross. I cannot recommend this hotel.
