I drove 4 hrs to the hotel for them to cancel my reservations with out calling to ask if i was comming and when i arrived he wanted me to sleep in my car and check in next day at 3 pm

They can do a little better than what it is, people running in and out, and they were noisy as hell, the ice machine was broken, you had to pick out your own ice,, but the place and rooms were cleaned. That’s about all.

There was no showerhead in the bathroom!!!!!! And the water in the shower didn't get hot!!!! In December I had to take a cool shower with water just spitting at me from the wall. Very disappointed,then was told no room available to switch. Other than that the room was super clean, smelled good bed and sheets comfortable. I would go back but will check room 1st before accepting it.

No hot water available for shower in the morning . Called front desk. Was told it may or may not be available later in the day.

It was cozy, quiet

It’s fine. Room had no soap and they were a little weird about my name because I’m trans. Other than that it’s ok

Worst place I’ve ever stayed for 3 days reservation online doesn’t even matter to these people at all they giving me a head ache and anxiety I felt mistreated, profiled and unlawful wrong. They even swiped my card so many time until they loved my card I could use it. Worst customer service me and my gf ever had

There is nothing unique. And there is no closet in room.

No cups, plates or forks And the area is really bad area (not safe )

Although it was shown as available on orbitz, the guy at the fromt desk was incredibly rude and did not let me check in. He told me my reservation was for another day (completely wrong) and then told me that there is no vacancy. There was two other customers who booked through other apps abd were told the same thing. It was 3 AM in the morning at a sketchy neighborhood

Smoky smell in 1st room in a non smoking hotel, icemaker didn't work, unfriendly staff!

The hotel was ok it’s good for staying overnight for very good price

the hotel is in good condition, clean, they attend you at any time, the only thing is that the surrounding area is a bit dark

It served it purpose, nothing to complain about.

Price was good
