The parking is extremely limited, 12 spaces. I waited over a hour to park due to an unauthorized vehicle blocking the space. The toilet paper holder was broken, only 1 towel on the bathroom, only a sheet on the bed.

One towel in the room No coffee maker They moved us to another room The AC was not working as well One towel and the coffee maker not working The tub had an issue with the faucet

The muffin and coffee was for only one person, regardless of how many people per room. We had two mornings of the fire alarm going off multiple times in a short period of time. Not happy about that. Nice location and front desk staff were ok.

The room wasn’t dirty but the washcloths were dingy not white, and I booked a double room but only had one towel and washcloth. I made coffee and replaced the pods but left dirty cups. AC wouldn’t stay on and I was too tired to fight with staff about changing rooms. All the money I paid and it was the worst two nights sleep I had while putting together a conference. I’m sorry but I will not ba back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

You were required to pay $103 which was to include one coffee and pastry for each morning and also covered an appetizer and drink but the restaurant and bar were closed the first two nights of our stay and the third night it opened an hour and half later than posted. A ,second coffe was to be paid for, $5,00 plus 50 cents if milk was requested. No spoons were provided when a yogurt was purchased. There was only one bath towel left in our room and we had to request an extra towel along with soap.

Most of all, the entire hotel is staffed by people who go out of their way to show they do not care about their guests. Every basic interaction feels like an inconvenience to them, and they absolutely love telling you what’s closed, broken, or unavailable. Chef's kiss to a trifecta of trash elements that combine to make this hotel a main course of hot garbage.
-
Cheeky to charge a resort fee for food and drink comps when bar wasn’t open the two nights we we were there.

Room was good. Check-in 3:00 pm is 3:pm took extra money for charges and taxes and deposit fee that was not mentioned while booking. Small breakfast area was a joke. From opening time to only bagel option. Need improvement in all respect.
-
No Keurigs despite coffee cups and coffee provided No towels No AC in two of the rooms even when one was switched no AC No hot water in shower Shower not working in 2 of the rooms And the disaster no mattress on sofabed just iron!!! Horrible
-
My AC didn’t work the entire time. Asked them twice to fix or switch rooms, but nothing came of it. Could be a cool place and in great location, but no AC made my stay fairly miserable.

We had 3 registered guests in our room, and the staff NEVER got the towel count correct. I had to call the front desk 3 times to get enough towels. There was no cup for the bathroom, the room was dark, loud street noise to the point we had a hard time sleeping, no microwave and the coffee tray was not refilled 2 days in a row. Also, the Bistro ran out of food twice while we were staying there.

This is a nice building in a nice location. Unfortunately it is not well-run. Our room wasn’t ready until well after the check-in time. None of the rooms had bar soap because they ran out (and seemingly lacked any urgency to get more). The gym had not been stocked with wipes and machines were often loose.
-
No working AC in our room the whole first day/night we were there. Left our reservation early because this was not fixed and we were unable to get a new room.

When I got to the property they told me that I didnt have a room. They over booked and sent me to the Hilton Downtown Brooklyn. I was very disappointed because the hotel was closer to where my daughter was to take her photos for prom.

Great location in the DUMBO area to walk everywhere near by. Would stay again.
-
The hotel has such potential but the care of the property left me disappointed. I booked the room for two people, however they only provided towels for one person. Each day I had to ask the housekeeper for a second set of towels. I was required to pay a $35 daily usage fee to cover wifi and a pastry and coffee each morning from the cafe. However you were only allowed one pastry and one coffee despite the fact there were two people in the room. It was very awkward and felt "cheap". The entry light to the room was burnt out and I had to request it to be replaced. The most concerning was the fact the deadbolt to the room was broken. The staff said it would be fixed the day I reported it, however it remained non-functioning for my entire stay. The location was great and the building itself nice, but the management needs to step up to provide a better and safer experience for their guests.

It was ok but I expected more for the price.

Great spot, stay here whenever I’m in the area. Very convenient location.
