Check in was good..room was small..no fridge..sprinker system exposed..phone in room dirty amd didnt work to call front desk..no blow dryer..tried to communicate with housekeeping to no avail to get blow dryer..they didnt speak english...will not return

It was a nice place to stay but a bit expensive, also 4 PM check in it’s too late

I reserved a queen suite as we were coming from out of town for a surprise birthday party. Or flight got in earlier. I went in to check if we could get checked in early, the lady at the front said the room wasn’t ready and to give her my number and she would call once the room became available. We never got that call, after driving around for a bit, we came back that afternoon and was able to check in. We later discovered that the air in the front part of the suite was out. My husband went down to let them know at the front- were offered a different room but not a suite because we were told no other suites were available- we declined because we needed the space off the suite, we were told that mainly had gone for the day but someone from maintenance would come in the morning (Saturday) by the time we checked out on Sunday no one from maintenance had come to fix the air. We were also told that due to the inconvenience we would get a discount on our final invoice- we were charged the full amount.

Location‼️ Near many things:the purple people bridge, aquarium, restaurants, stores, and the river! Street noise at night…which they have no control over…racing cars! Lack of a view….but why stay in the room when you are so close to everything

It was our second stay at this location. Excellent for walking to many attractions. We were in town to see the Reds. If you’re looking for a quiet location then this isn’t the place for you. Lots of street and traffic noise.

That I could not just turn on the bathroom light. It turned on half of the room.

Pool area was disgusting. A lot of trash. Location is good. Doors to empty guest rooms open all along the floor.

Only think u need updated charger plugs in rooms for new iphones

Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable. Parking was safe and convenient

We enjoyed our whole stay. Kids loved the pool and games in courtyard. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and very clean
