Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Cincinnati

Our schedules changed and we were arriving well before the designated check in time - yet needed to be ready for an event that afternoon. I called the front desk and inquired if it might be possible to check into our room early. The staff member was beyond friendly - assured me that as soon as a room was cleaned and prepared, we would be able to get in. When my family and I arrived in town and stopped by to see if a room might be ready - my paperwork was on the counter and the room was ready with the key waiting for me. This kind of customer service in today's environment is rare. It was extremely appreciated and reinforces that we will always chose your hotel when we visit this area.

The staff was so friendly & accommodating! Quick to bring us extra blankets and pillows as well as filling the conditioner. It was nice to have close parking considering how close we were to Cincinnati. This was a perfect location for the Great American Ballpark - and our room was spacious.

Everything was nice, super close to everything. Will stay here again

We stayed for only 1 night for a concert across the bridge which was extremely convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. We had an overall great experience.

Amazing hotel! Room was very clean, breakfast was great the two mornings of our stay. We had a room with two queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. We took our grandsons for a visit to the aquarium. Hotel was in excellent walking distance to that and many restaurants. Definitely would stay their again.

Everything was great! The price was very high for a one night stay.

The location was perfect, right in front of the riverfront. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel was clean. We needed a first aid kit, and the front desk helped us with it.

It's ok but can be better What so clean had hair in my bed when I just came they didn't change the sheets they just make the bed up

Location and view hard to beat. Just across the river from the Great American Ballpark where we were watching a game. The city at night is a pretty cool view. Lots or restaurants and services adjacent in Newport. Breakfast was great. Lady at the desk was kind enough to let us park in the lot before we checked in since it was an afternoon game. Can't imagine a better place to stay if you're in town for a game.
