Room was decent but the property felt it could be better maintained. You can start to see its age. Location was fine and gave quick access to tourists spots.

The continental breakfast had several options and perfect to start the day. It was also nice having coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24hrs. We also greatly appreciated the free trolley/bus passes that got us to and from Niagara Falls

Quite environment friendly They have limited staff anything if we need for example tooth paste we have to go down to reception and take from there they don’t have room attendant

Place was packed for breakfast and it was hard to find a spot to sit down. Needs more available sitting area.

The room was decent The heavy set girl at the front counter was not helpful thankfully the person working the kitchen was very helpful. Grounds need alot of work, grass long, weeds in the unkept flower beds, trash overflowing, coffee bar out of coffee, cream & sugar. Guidance needed at this property!!!

Yes the woman who worked second shift I'm assuming it was Nadia's replacement was very rude to my wife and another guest, she seemed bothered to help us
