Very unique hotel great restaurant we loved it!

Not much. I slept well so it met the minimum requirements. The TV connected well to my iPhone via bluetooth. Saw a nice sunrise from my room window. That was nice. Glass Light is a soulless warehouse for storing people at night. I got in late, about 10pm, and the doors were locked, no indication of how I should proceed. I walked around back and followed a staff member entering through a back door. They didn't ask who I was or why I was carrying bags into the back entrance. when I found my way to the registration desk the person there blithely told me they lock the doors at nine and I need a room card to get in. No curiosity about how I broke through this military strength security system. The decor is harsh post industrial dystopia. Only the bedding was soft.

Classy little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay.

Beautiful property and staff who went above and beyond to make your stay great. Highly suggest the valet parking, as the location is on a busy city street.

Hotel was great very good location and restaurant was phenomenal deserving Michelin star.

This place was better than expected. Better than the pictures. CLEAN, super bright hallways and decor. Staff was FANTASTIC and went, in my opinion, above and beyond. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND and would stay again. Hailey at the front desk provided us with outstanding guest service and the manager on her shift (forgive me for not recalling your name) She was ALSO gave us phenomenal gest services as well. Very pleased with the friendly, kind staff on all the nights of our stay. Gooooood JOB!!! Nothing not to like. Would stay here always if needed. Great rooms and bright, modern, CHEERY decor!!

Nice clean hotel and welcoming staff. Valet packing. Needs more room for cars waiting to be parked. My car and others behind me blocked traffic while waiting.

We loved glass light hotel. The room was so spacious , the bed was soft and more comfortable than any other. Loved the big bath tub .

This property is one of Expedia’s better referrals. It was great location great staff and the amenities hit the mark
