I'll start with how nice and accommodating the owners/staff were. I made a number of special request: early check-in, plastic plates and utensils to eat in the room, good access for my 102-year-pld mother to use her walker. All were granted with a smile and a helpful attitude.ajor bonus points for that? The rooms were clean and neat, newly refurbished with nice floor coverings. TV and wifi were good. From the outside this is a 1970s era 2-story motel with each room opening to outside. But the rooms are significantly better than that first impression. Breakfast almost exclusively white carbs, so a little disappointing. All in all, especially with the nice staff, a good trade-off of economy and reasonable quality.

This is a five star hotel if you want to experience late capitalism in the southern US. This hotel is conveniently located within a few hundred feet of I26, providing guests with the sounds and smells of constant interstate traffic. As i approached i was delayed somewhat as a school bus was offloading a group of elementary school aged children who live in the hotel, as well as the Extended Stay America hotel across the street. It was sweet to see as they were greated by thier parents/guardians to help them to return to thier rooms at the hotel. Check in was fine. The agent was pleased to see a short term visitor to the hotel. He encouraged me to select a room on the ground level as it seems the second level rooms are reserved for the families of the school children and the iternant workers who live semi-permanently at the hotel. The service was what one might expect. One front desk staff happily gave me a roll of quarters to use in the guest laundry machines that do not work. As an aside, the laundry facilities are located in a alcove on the second floor, the alcove is open to the public and smelled like urine. On another occassion i needed service from the front desk. There is a pool that i did not use and a 24 inch Weber grill on the grass clise to the pool. Not sure if the grill is a hotel amenity or used by the group of young men who hang out on the hotel balcony. Id recommend this as a 5 star cultural experience or skip the hotel and watch Florida Proje

Easy access to airport, walking distance to Mellow Mushroom pizza restaurant. Room had either been smoked in or was next to a smoking area.

They were horrible staff members like they did not want to help. Also, they put me on the do not rent list for no reason I was there one night I came from Kentucky. There was no reason for me to be on the do not rent list. I was put on a do not rent list when I was vacationing from Kentucky. Not sure why I did nothing wrong and was barely even at the room.

Do not stay here. It was so bad we checked out two days early. We couldn’t get any kind of refund.

2nd quality inn this week. Worst 1 ever stayed at. Not safe. Ice bucket broken. Water all over. Horrible location. At checkout there was no ice. Machines were broken or empty. Never happened at any hotels we’ve stayed at. Bought ice for the trip home.

Very pleased

You had to have a key to enter No breakfast

The room had a smoke odor even though it was a non smoking room, assuming it was coming in through the vents from all of the people smoking outside. It was also quite noisy at times with other guests playing music very loud. I was too afraid to say anything at the time. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, linens seemed clean, and the fridge and microwave were a nice touch. The in room coffee pods privided were actually pretty good also.
