Nothing When I arrived I spent 20 min or more in the counter because they requested room payment when I made the payment through booking. Com. Honestly after that I won’t use the app anymore . The receptionist said you need to pay and showed your receipt

Our first room smelled horribly of urine. We were switched to another room that smelled better but was severely in need of some renovating. Chipped counter tops, musty smell, stained towels, etc. There is also plastic on the beds which made for a noisy night’s sleep!

Bed in a bag was not acceptable. No ice in hotel very strange. Will not stay again.

When we requested clean towels, staff told us they were out of towels and suggested that we use the towels we already had, wash them ourselves, and bring them back. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel or rental. The room was filthy and had a strong odor that smelled like animal waste. The sheets had yellow stains, and we found what appeared to be mouse droppings. There were also cigarette butts and weeds around the property, showing a complete lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The bedding was uncomfortable, and there appeared to be animal hair or padding under the sheets. We could barely sleep during our stay. The environment felt unsafe and extremely noisy. People were hanging out in the hallways late at night, talking loudly, arguing, and fighting. The noise continued throughout our stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern when issues were brought to their attention. This property is not clean, not safe, and not suitable for a comfortable night’s sleep. I would not recommend staying here and would never return.

The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.

The rooms were nice beds were comfortable microwave stove big refrigerator. Everything you’d want so you’re staying more than a day.

The 1st room we were given was horrible smelled of Pot. We stayed in it 1 night, mentioned it to Dixon the next morning that it wasn’t us & didn’t want us to get in trouble from it. He came, up & gave us a different room immediately! He was so kind. Zach the 2nd shift guy was great as well, got us a coffee pot & other essentials. These 2 made our stay pleasant.

Bad customer service

We have stayed here every time we go to Ohio and I will continue to stay it is always so clean and staff are nice.
