This property was under construction! We felt like we were in a 3rd world country! The walls were bare, the carpet in the room was very bad.

Under construction. Sheetrock mud on the floors and furniture in the room. No baseboards.

The room was clean. The entry to the hotel was a little messy due to the remodel. Parking was convenient and breakfast was 8/10 (a little limited).

The property was being remodeled and our room wasn’t like the suite we had before in other Comfort locations. It certainly wasn’t worth the money.

About any concerns or complaints that were mentioned. Expedia should remove this listing all together. Ive never had a worse experience at a hotel before.

No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed.

Location Dirty hotel. Understandably under construction but do not put guests into rooms that are still in construction phase. Price for a room should have been discounted but instead was double what we had paid at same hotel 2 years ago.

We stay here every time we come In town. It’s close to all our family and love that our car wash is right next door. The bed was a little hard this time. Don’t know if things have been changed with a new buyer. Also shower pressure was horrible. Other than that we love it here and can’t wait to see what the new renovation will bring next time we stay

There is remodeling going on, didn't really affect us, our room still needed lots of finishing

Was a pleasant stay . Not my usual hotel but i will return again . Staff was nice , room was clean . Price was reasonable .

We weren't aware they were completely under renovations. The ac wouldn't work and the room had a horrible stench of dead mice.

Had no prior warning about the massive remodel going on. What a mess!

Breakfast was good, staff were great, room was clean, parking lot was safe had some cracks. Hotel was doing some work on rooms for improvements but sometimes a little noisy.
