When I questioned why I was being charged at all for a room in this condition, I was told that if I chose to “tough it out,” they would offer a 30% discount for my stay. I was shocked that this was even presented as an option. No guest should be expected to endure an unsafe and unsanitary room in exchange for a partial discount. Because the room was not fit for occupancy, I had no choice but to check out immediately and secure lodging elsewhere at my own expense. Being charged over $250 for a night in a room with these conditions is unacceptable. A hotel should provide a clean, functional, and safe environment. This property failed on all of those basic expectations. Until they address their maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues, I cannot recommend staying here.

Hotel room was nice and clean and they had comfortable beds and pillows. Did not try breakfast as had to leave early in the morning for an appointment that I had.

Had a great stay! Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and safe. Have stayed here several times and will definitely book again.

Room wasn't ready at check in. Room was dirty. Property is not owned by Holiday Inn. Hard to believe this is how they want the Holiday Inn brand represented.

There wasn't any house keeping for all 4 of our days we stayed. The hotel needs to be renovated. The front desk lady was so sweet but the stay in itself was not. I won't be booking there again.

The breakfast is always good! My first night I could hear the washing machine running from 8 p.m. 140 a.m. but it is what it is. The laundry has to get done. Comfy beds and nice staff as always!

Upon entering, no one was at the desk to greet me. I stood and waited nearly 10 minutes before someone showed up to check me into my room. They also need to take time to really clean the soap scum from the bath/shower area. It was disgusting

They had no drinking water when we were there. I also had no white milk one day at breakfast. And ran out of most breakfast items.

Hotel staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. The only downfall was no box of Kleenex in room so had to use toilet paper to blow nose.

The beds were made with clean linen. The bathroom had black mold appearing growth in it. The pool was closed by the health department. The toilet didn’t refill when flushed which the very nice front desk worker said that she notified maintenance about, but was not fixed. The pancake machine was down for all but about 5 minutes at the end of breakfast. Also the lights were rusty in the bathroom?
