Friendly helpful staff, nice clean rooms, very restful stay.

Easy location and very clean

The hotel was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what's offered and the general appearance and almost all of the outlets in the room didn't work.

The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.

Front staff was very nice but while we were in the process of taking our stuff out from the room a cleaning lady that is Mexican was very rude and mean. She was not nice at all, telling us to hurry up and leave and the we should know better then to be still in the room while we were in the process of taking our stuff out and we notified the front staff before hand while returning the key that we were still taking stuff out and they said it was fine. Smh everything was great until the cleaning lady.

I liked the breakfast and the room was pretty nice and comfortable. The front staff was very helpful and nice. Omaha is a very pretty place we enjoyed most of our time there.
