Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry by IHG

For being very crowded, because of the College Baseball World Series, everything went exceedingly well! Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel in a long time!

This was a great hotel for our stay. Very clean and our suite was huge. Would definitely stay here again. Nice indoor pool with even better outdoor seating.

Amenities were good. Room was fine.

Clean The front desk attendant was reluctant to give out complementary water more than once after spending $900 for my room is stupid.

Breakfast Housekeeping didn’t show up

Loved everything about my stay except some other guests that were inconsiderate of other people trying to relax and enjoy their stay. The staff were great! Extremely friendly, understanding, and most of all professional! Breakfast was great as well, had a pretty good amount of options to choose from!

One thing I found annoying, is the elevator areas are not well seen from the hallway. A change in carpet color and pattern in the hall outside the elevator would help. Also, a change in wallpaper on both sides of the hall as you approach the elevator would prevent a person walking right past it when they're looking in the opposite direction.

Quiet, cozy, good location to restaurants

I liked the space of the room for myself and my family. My bed was comfortable. The room was clean and there was always enough hot water. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had initial issues with our tv but we didn't stay much in our room anyway since we were out exploring. One of the front desk staff fixed it like he said he would while we were out venturing. Idk his name but thank you to him. :)

Staff was friendly, parking was easy, hotel is right next to a Starbucks, quiet here.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent for a hotel breakfast, with a great variety of options each morning. We also stayed multiple nights, and the housekeeping staff was fantastic. They were always friendly, made sure we had fresh towels, and quickly provided anything else we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Both TV'S didn't work and had bed bugs. I want a full refund!!!!

Clean rooms, breakfast was good and lots of choices! Pool was great. The staff was very helpful and nice!
