Went during the CWS. Kids running up and down the hallways till midnight and banging on random doors. I felt like I was on a carnival cruise ship.

Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.

Did not meet Marriott standards, property needs TLC, walls and ceiling are peeling. Pool deck needs repair. Pool was freezing. Broken glass in the parking lot. Staff was excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on for thirty years and it shows its age. Not sure how it meets the Mariott standard. Fees are not transparent. Breakfast is 2 star and over valued. Worn out property looking to squeeze every nickel out of guests. If you must stay there for heavens sake don't use the prepaid option. You'll get scammed with bogus incidental charges. Pay on site. Demand a settled receipt.

The housekeeping checking in at 8:30 to clean the room was an early wake up call.
