Everything was great except for the ice cold pool and the small bathroom
-
Pull out bed didn't have any blankets or sheets. Dirty qtip on the steps the whole time we were there. Our room had the window wide open and air cranked up when we got there. Facility definitely needs updated. Not worth the $250 we spent for one night.

The staff was quite pleasant
-
Room dirty, hotel has a unique smell, no deep cleaning, pool is NOT heated.

Bed was soft and staff were super nice. We were nervous when there was no elevator to the 2nd floor, but the staff graciously helped us carry our stuff up. Breakfast was great and restocked throughout the morning! Room was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed here for the CWS - it’s a short 20 min drive instead of staying an hour away!

Passable

Not a whole lot. It was just a room
-
Older hotel, thin walls could hear next door.
-
Easy to our destination points. The beds were overused. I kept falling in a spot into an indent of what was behind. The shower nozzle needed cleaned and there and there was black mold on the bed sheets.
-
No elevator.

This hotel was absolutely appalling. Our sheets as well as the wall had blood on them! The bathroom was disgusting! Needless to say, I did NOT stay! The only positive thing was the friendly young man who checked us in and verified the things in our room.

Overall it was a okay experience. There needs to be more attention on overall maintenance and cleaning. Vacuuming the carpets should be the entire floor not just the open spaces.

It was just a stop for us on our way across country. It was very nice.

It was an easy check in process and I was able to quickly get my key and be on my way. The gentleman at the desk was friendly! The room was fine and clean. I was there just for a night and it was a good place to stay overall! The breakfast was nice and I ate some biscuits and gravy before heading out on my way. Everything was fine and the hotel was a nice stay!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I’m disgusted I had to pay to stay in conditions this unacceptable. The problems started immediately. When I checked in, the card machine malfunctioned for no reason on my end, and the front desk employee loudly announced “Declined!” with a grin on his face. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. I was then informed the hotel had no elevator, something I’ve never encountered before and was not prepared for. After an eleven‑hour drive, I had to haul several heavy items up the stairs, and the young man at the desk seemed amused by this, which only made the situation worse. The staircase was behind doors clearly marked as fire safety doors to remain closed at all times, yet they were propped open during my entire three‑night stay. The front security door was also open during the entirety of my stay, which made me feel unsafe and vulnerable, especially when someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night. The hallways smelled musty and stale. Inside the room, it was obvious it had been quickly wiped down rather than properly cleaned. I found brown spots on the bathroom floor that became cleanable when wet, and mucus on the shower curtain. I sanitized handles, switches, and the remote myself. The shower didn’t look clean, and the fridge was messy. The photos and description on Travelocity were not even close to accurate, and I left feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely misled.
