The Inn & Suites SW Omaha

I was unable to stay at this location so my funds are held up in getting refunded. The hotel has been shut down due to a FBI raid for human trafficking.

When we got there, the first thing I did was turn the air conditioner on, and it worked fantastic, which made me very happy nothing fancy about it but clean rooms and a shower not really a tub combo

Filthy...dead roaches in the bathroom, tub had been painted over, but paint is wearing off, toilet seat was pitted and gross, bathroom fan and light was falling out of the sagging dropped ceiling tiles....just don't stay unless there is absolutely no other options....hotel had full time residents.

Stains on towels. No hand soap. No desk. Dirty toilet

First thing, we walk in to the lobby to check in and it reaked of weed. Our key card only worked a couple of times. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to have them let us in even after they reset our card. No towels or handsoap in the room. There was gum all over the bathroom handle. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bed covers had stains all over them. There was a pub right below our room that played music until 2am. Not a great experience, but we were just there for the weekend so we dealt with it. Won't go back there. Only plus was it was affordable.

Bar in basement was loud

The hotel was very good for the low price. The lobby and breakfast area are combined, with few tables. It was adequate. But if you're just looking for a cheap place to spend the night while driving through, it works fine.

This dump should be avoided if any other option exists. Walking in to the room we were assaulted with an overpowering chemical smell, like theyd just bombed the room for pests of some sort. I was seriously worried for my lungs. Then my bed was crushed on one side as if a large boulde had been sitting on it (see pictures). The bathroom didnt feel clean, the towels were old, dingy, and stained and didnt really absorb water. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no cups. Overall, do not recommend.

Terrible! Book 2 weeks in advance only room he offered did not have plumbing said he had nothing else then suddenly had another, but it was so dirty. My feet were sliding on the dirt. Shower paint peeling & black in toilet rim! TERRIBLE

There was a goat inside the building 😢

Brown stains on bed, $100 deposit (in cash!) on top of already paying online. Only able to get a refund in the first 10 minutes of your stay?? No info on when breakfast is, very thin walls

Cockroaches in bathroom, bedsheet look used, trashcan wasn’t emptied when I moved in. They also overbooked so had to get out.

This building is half bar/half hotel, so it was very loud. I should've ran when I saw the sign on the desk that said no refunds after 10 minutes. I'm thanking God me and my kids made it home without bed bugs. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I checked into my room immediately was disgusted literally cockroaches all over the floor the room was dirty and disgusting let alone the bathroom looked like something out of a 60’s horror film! I went straight to the lobby said I wanted a refund the told me I had to take it up with Expedia and I’ve tried to call for a day now and cannot reach a actual person I’m not impressed with any of the experience

We did not stay because when we got in the room it smelled terrible and there was a bed bug in the bed.

Everything was quick and efficient. I just wish there had been some plastic cups or paper cups in my room.

I stayed for one night and I wished I had checked the reviews on this property. The staff are rude, the room I stayed in is right above the a PUB that plays loud music and karaoke until 2am, and the toilet had a ring of black filth all around it, and the shower had paint peeling off the side walls. The bed had dirty sheets, and the mattress half of it was sinking in to the base of the frame. You are better off staying in a cold dumpster infested with raccoons than staying at this place. DO BETTER! YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS!! If you can't do it sell the place to someone that will actually care about the business.
