Staybridge Suites Omaha 80th And Dodge by IHG

There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom upon arrival for all the guests. When we called and asked for more we were told we had to go to retrieve more ourselves. I called and requested a room on the top floor and was given a room on the second floor. There were not enough towels in the pool for everyone even though I called ahead to verify that wouldn’t be an issue and wouldn’t need to bring our own.

Room smelled like cigarettes. They moved us to a room with one bed and a foldout couch for four guests. The next day they didn’t have another similar sized room, but moved us to a room with two beds. That floor and the room smelled like old onions. Besides the smells, rooms didn’t feel the cleanest. Brown goo on a cup in one of the cabinets. Stain on the sheet. Cracked bathroom door that wouldn’t close properly. Dust.

Was good for the whole family No Hot tub and the pole was to cold

Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗

This is our go to place when visiting family in Omaha. Have always enjoyed clean rooms and common areas.

Everything was very nice. My mother is short and had trouble getting in the bed.

Breakfast was good quality, wish it would open earlier Dogs barking in next room. You need to tell us if our room is next to dogs/pets and let us decide if we are okay with that room

Great hotel for a family getaway. The kitchenette was a huge plus, and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

I liked that it was in the area that I needed to be in. The beds were comfortable that rooms were really nice. It was like I was staying in an apartment. The room had a full fridge mini stove sink and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. There could’ve been more towels in the room.

Everything was great at this property. I normally get a room with handicap assistance, and this room is one of the best laid out designs. Staff, breakfast, and room were all great!

Location and parking are convenient. Friendly and happy staff. Clean and comfortable.
