Location Funny smell in the stairs

Grab & Go breakfast was convenient. Price was best we found, especially for what you get. We got 2 rooms, one of the rooms we had the pull out couch did not work. Beds weren’t the greatest.

I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or washcloths. Actually never even seen housekeeping during my stay to grab any. Overall the property looked unkempt. I would not recommend, the pictures online are deceiving.

The room was large and clean but outdated. Needs paint, new flooring, bathroom caulking needs to be redone. I didn't see any cell phone plug ins. Most places we stay at have the plug ins for cell phones on the lamps. While the clerk was nice, it took way to long for check in. For some reason staff seemed to think I wanted 2 rooms for myself. I had book 2 rooms with 4 adults. 2 couples in two different rooms. I realize me as the person who booked and paid for the rooms would have to show ID. But everyone in my party had to show their ID and copies of front and back were made by staff. One party member was not happy about this, and clerk gave a very unclear explanation as to why that was necessary.

The staff was rude. The air conditioner didn't work. When booking online there's no questions about animals that need to stay. I was charged $88 for my dog but they locked me out of my room until I paid for it which I did and then as soon as I did they tell me I have to leave because my license was expired by a few days and said no one can be on property without proper id. It was 12:00am when this all happened so I had to go pack up my stuff and leave immediately. That was such crap. I was checking out that morning anyways and I had been there for 3 nights already and then wanna kick me out in the middle of the night. That's a safety concern for anyone. I had nowhere to go and I felt robbed. The night guy acted like I was a criminal and escorted me off the property at 12:30am. NEVER STAYING AGAIN.. THE AC UNIT HEATED THE ROOM UP IT WAS A SAUNA IN THE ROOM.

It was clean and the staff were lovely. However, it’s a run down hotel , showing particularly in the bathroom.

Kitchen supplies need to be checked out at front desk and staff is rude and condescending. Heaven forbid you need 4 sets of dishes for guests visiting your room. You won’t get four full sets. Pans come without lids, can opener is broken. This hotel sprays each room after a pet is there. That spray leaves a residue that will turn your feet black and make your shoes stick to the floor in rooms with linoleum. Then your bath mat will turn black from stepping in it before getting in a shower. We purchased bedding for the pull out couch after having to fight for more dishes- it was just easier.

Not used

No frills, easy place to access. The people who stay here are workers. They aren't inherently loud, so it's a nice place to stay if you need a bed and a quiet hotel. The rooms are pretty simple, but clean. The kitchen is definitely dated, but useful. In my opinion, the bed sleeps warm. I think it's the mattress toppers or something. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall this is a great spot to stay for the price.

Breakfast was great!

Jesse at the front was awesome. He gave us tips about the area and was very helpful when we asked questions. The place was great and conveniently located.
