Comfort Inn & Suites near Ontario Airport

The overall vibe is good, and the exterior is lovely, but the interior didn’t quite meet my expectations. The furniture, paint, and building structure all seem a bit dated and could use some updating. For instance, the sofas and chair cushions are worn out, and the colors have faded over time. Their elevator is like a old hospital scary elevator with noise. The breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice touch, but the options were limited to scrambled eggs, small sausages, toast, muffins, homemade waffles, orange juice, and so on (no fruits). Coffee and water I had to get it from lobby.

The rooms were ok the staff is nice and the breakfast was good . I would like to see maybe some type of rug on your bedroom floor

Perfect location No complaints

The location was good. 1). It smelled like weed 2). At 11:00, I asked for an early check-in as I flew cross country and had been traveling for almost 24 hours. They made me sit in a warm lobby on a summer day until 2:40 (20 minutes before regular check-in). I asked if we could sit by the pool while we wait and I was told they can’t give me access to the facilities until I was checked in.

My room floors were not mopped as you can see many footprints on the floor and bathroom floor, it seemed surface clean but not deep cleaned.

This was an excellent stay for me. It was close to the airport with a Mall nearby. The facilities and hotel service was excellent. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and well presented.

Just location It was very bad, water leaking on the floor , multiple times I slipped, despite telling front desk 4 times they never cared to fix. We stayed 3 nights - not once cleaning happened, so basicallly stay in dirt, they don’t give you new towels unless you go ask front desk and wait till you get it. Cockroaches inside, the quilt is torn and dirty, bathroom doors don’t close, toilet covers are wobbly, no shower gel and last - front desk is not accountable at all, they don’t care basically.

Breakfast and breakfast crew was good and friendly. Furniture in meal area are awful and need to be replaced or repaired.

Exceptional

Nice hotel, great price, good breakfast. They just need to pay a little more attention to detail, no hand sanitizer in dispenser by elevator, no ice bucket in room, only one Kleenex in the box, two shampoos in shower and no conditioner. Front desk was great, got me an ice bucket and box of Kleenex right away.

, Front desk very accommodating when i needed a shower chair, extra towels good price for location Room was very basic, hardwood floors lifting some damage areas by restroom. Room was missing hair dryer and microwave glass plate.

During every night of my stay, there were guests being loud in the pool area well past 10:00 PM, which made it difficult to relax. The carpets throughout the hallways appeared dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition. I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the bathroom walls, which was concerning. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the property and feel it did not match the expectations set by the photos.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Pool and hot tub area was clean and nicely shaded. Breakfast wasn't the best (not a wide variety of choices). The sitting area is in need of some TLC as the chairs were very worn and peeling. Our room was decent but had some graffiti and peeling paint. The ventilation sucked as we were unable to open any window's which made it very stuffy. Our neighbors door sqeeked and slammed shut each time they came in and out, which made it difficult to sleep at 6am. Would not pick this location for our next stay in Ontario.

Only breakfast food!! But Out dated furniture!!! Lols like it’s been in since 1900!! Rooms out dated!!! Bathroom moldy!! Smelt bad in the hotel and rooms!!! Not clean!!
