The only issue we had was the room next to our room had children crying,running and yelling until 11:00pm. We recommend to assign a room with children away from a room with only a couple.

Breakfast was great and there was ice available when I needed it.

Second time staying here. Good facility, helpful staff. Just would like to see some more verity for the breakfast.

When you walk into the hotel it is clean, my issue was when we checked into our room we found two small cockroaches! On top of that the pool and spa was down in the middle of summer, I booked there primarily because they offered these amenities. Breakfast was offered, it is small and is first come first serve. They run out of food very quickly and take a while to restock. I stayed 2 nights and will not be returning or recommending to absolutely anyone.

At first we got a horrible room that smelled like sweat, cigarette and dog. Then we asked to switch rooms and we got a better room. The hallways need attention, carpet is very dirty and bad smell. Pool was nice and breakfast similar to other hotels very simple.

2 beds one had brown dirt/food stain on it like they weren’t washed. Turn AC on barely worked. Room smelled like weed. Attendant at 1 in the morning when I checked in, said I cannot request a late checkout. I had to call after 6 AM to request that.. when I called earlier in the day regarding shuttle because I was getting in so late, they told me just to let them know when I checked in. The guy who picked me up from the airport in the shuttle was so nice and so excellent. Yes, the only reason why I’m not giving this a lower score

Hot tub was not working. Stains all over the hallway carpets. Bathtub had chips on it and water damage on ceiling. Garbage found behind TV stand after troubleshooting power issue. Barely any fruit at breakfast. Definitely not a 8.0 stay.
