Llevo 4 años viniendo a Coco key y me gusta mucho, pero nunca había visto tantos visitantes creo que la alberca está muy pequeña ya!!! Por otra parte me gusta mucho. Gracias por su servicio.

The room are not like the pict at all. It kinda reminded me of a motel. The staff were friendly and kind however there was a lot going on there. My daughter asthmatic and I wanted a smoke free location but nope, that wasn’t the case. People were smoking outside & in the rooms, which the smoke came to our rooms. Again my daughter has asthma so I wanted a smoke free zone. Pool was awesome, water park was phenomenal, they just needed to be strict with certain things and need to upgrade the rooms.

The staff was nice and it was family-friendly. The pool is nice but if you want a chair with umbrella get there early

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and while she had fun, we were honestly ready to leave after the second day because there wasn’t much to do. The room was clean and the overnight rate seemed affordable at first, but once you add the $15 daily parking fee, and 45 per night resort fee it felt overpriced for such a basic resort. What concerned me most was the atmosphere. During our stay, there were at least two separate incidents where guests were involved in altercations, and police were called multiple times. As a military veteran living with PTSD, I specifically chose what I thought would be a family-friendly environment, so that was disappointing and stressful. The staff wasn’t always welcoming, and there seemed to be ongoing tension between staff and guests throughout the property. I’m not sure if it was poor communication or something else, but there were several unnecessary conflicts that affected the overall experience. The location may work if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay, but if you’re expecting a peaceful, family-oriented resort atmosphere, you may want to consider other options. Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)

Do not stay here. Aside from the rooms not being what they promote (cleanliness, view, accommodations) the staff is not helpful. I had my phone stolen and a staff member all in my face arguing with me because of it. They ended up calling the cops and my phone was returned AFTER the fact that the police’s had arrived at the facility.

Maravillosa atención del equipo. Volveremos.

The waterpark was why we booked and it was the only perk and descent because it was clean and you didn’t have to wait in long lines. Overall though the place just seemed a little trashy and not family friendly. People were smoking everywhere and out being loud late. Do not recommend for going as there many other better options in Orlando at the same or similar price point and better quality.

Had an amazing time the staff was great specially Santiago the bartender by the pool very friendly and told us about new beers.Rooms clean 😀

The rooms are clean and spacious. The water park is great for the kids. Many convenient things to do on site and it is central to many places. If you have a stroller or heavy objects, ask for the first floor. No elevators.

It’s reminiscent of a motel 6 with a kiddie water park. If you’re looking to vacation on a budget this might be your place but if you’re looking for something more upscale I wouldn’t recommend. I usually stay at The Grove and maybe this is why I was so disappointed.

Has everything there, don't need to leave the hotel. I was there for a week and had to request accessories from the cleaners like towels and toiletries. They never knocked on the door.

Ridiculous fees. I live here and eas charged tourist fees also charged for booking online also a hotel should offer parking I've been here 3 times and they are my.last All the fees and the fact that you can see through the shades at night. My kids saw a couple hooking up because of the light and the shade was see through

Muy bueno y limpio volveria

Major upgrades to the rooms are needed. Why would they would put beds right next to the ACs is crazy to me. Tortured sleeping for that person or the room bakes when you turn it down/ off.

Todo muy bueno el parque acuático muy divertido y todo muy limpio

The room had a strong smell of humidity and felt damp and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Cleanliness overall seemed to be a major issue, especially in the pool area. The most disturbing part of my stay was witnessing a guest bring a child with a soiled diaper/pants into the pool to rinse off feces. This was absolutely disgusting and raised serious health and sanitation concerns. The pool already appeared dirty, and seeing that happen made the situation much worse. This experience was unacceptable and completely ruined my confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, this is an absolute never again for me.
