The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable! The bathrooms were clean but did show wear and tear which could be addressed easily! The staff was friendly but just not helpful! Several times I went to the desk for help or a question and no one was there or anywhere in sight and never came to the desk! Breakfast was good and parking was good as well! All in all I’d probably find a different hotel next time!

Awesome stay when we were there

Since we were staying 5 nights it was great having a suite with a couch to set on, relax, and watch a little TV after being on the go all day, but not ready for bed. My son brought his streaming equipment and was happy the desk was a nice size, too. Convenient to attractions along with the I-Ride Trolley. Took the trolley to both outlet malls and the Chocolate Museum & Tours. That was really interesting. Hotel is right around the corner from the world's largest McDonald's. Only con: shower curtain didn't like to stay inside the tub so mopped up water a few times.

Convenient location on International Drive. 10 minute drive to Universal City Walk and about 20 minutes from the Disney parks. I-Ride Trolley stop less than 5 minutes from the hotel, giving easy access to all of International Drive. Breakfast choice was very limited. Swimming pool is very small.
