Found 7 or 8 roaches in the first room then complained to management and got nothing but attitude then eventually moved rooms and found 10 more in new room. Staff didn't care and got mad at me for lodging complaint with corporate

Nothing it was I did not fact that I made reservation online. It said congratulations your reservation is confirmed! So I finally got to the motel. This women wanted to see my I'd, she gave back to me and told me sorry the reservation did not go though and she have charge me more at the motel then the online price. So as of now I am sitting at a bus stop in the dark streets waiting for the next day became light. Immediately thought this was a scam.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy. Also, the staff was very accommodating. The room that we originally booked had a broken toliet and they quickly put us in a new room even though they qere almost fully booked. The room smelled of smoke even though there was a no smoking sign. Also, I wish they at least had a small fridge in each room. My husband is tall and the toilets were a little low to the ground.

This is a very functional property due to its location and efficient check in and check out process. The staff was good. Worth the time and money spent.

Was fine for what I needed. Bathroom shower rod was not secured to the wall very well and the curtain kept slipping.

The only negative thing or experience I had was that the room had no microwave or refrigerator and I was lodging on this property for 2weeks with my elderly (87 years old) father and that would have made a huge difference being that we had to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside ( restaurants which can become very expensive for 2 motel guests. If we would have had a microwave and refrigerator our meals would have been a healthier choice and least expensive. Because we could have grocery shop for healthier choices for food for the length of stay. And I was in a handicap room which did help for my handicap elderly father.

When I got there, they said my motel rooms were canceled. My reservations were canceled. I never canceled them so I had to pay a 130 some dollars for each night. Then to me and telling me that my reservations were cancelled
