The front desk lady from the night shift was absolutely amazing. From checking in to checking out. Would hear me out and help out if necessary. I’m assuming the morning manager (gentleman) I was appreciative of them helping me out. The handle to the shower was difficult to turn off and on. The pressure for the water was very light. Didn’t have a remote in the room. I tried to make it work until I was able to get one.

Nothing! The room was so nasty. I did not stay and was still charged! Plaster and paint every where. Pubic hair on toilet , black walls , shower nasty. When advising the staff they did not care and I received no apology or resolution just told "have a good day" Still have not received deposit back yet. I also will not be using booking.com again as they did not care about the customers experience and provided me an $11 credit. What is that going to do when I was charged almost $90

This is the best Hotel in it's budget range that I have stayed at for some time. Yes there were a couple of let downs which some other guests would blow out of all prportion but I have seen much worse variations on them in the International Drive area. It would be wrong, and appear fake, to say it was 100% in every aspect but having stayed in this area on over 40 occasions I would put it in the 90+ % range. My thanks to the Quality Inn Orlando near International Drive (100yds from I Drive on Jamaican Court opposite the Orlando Eye) for a pleasant and successful stay.

I stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel and overall the experience was acceptable. The hotel is in a very good location, close to major attractions, which is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped, although they do need a fresh coat of paint and some updates, especially the bathrooms, which require renovation. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and overall maintenance could be improved. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, it is a functional and well-located hotel, but it does need some improvements in maintenance and infrastructure

This property offers excellent proximity to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and surrounding restaurants, making it highly convenient for a theme park trip. The customer service is a clear highlight, with a super friendly staff and a check-in/check-out process that is both fast and seamless. However, there was a sudden discrepancy between the price quoted on Hotels.com and the final amount requested by the hotel at the desk—a frustrating inconsistency that required extra tracking on my part. The breakfast provided is decent but basic, featuring limited milk, round cereal flakes, pancakes, bread, and a limited selection of fruits. While the beds were fine and the lack of daily housekeeping wasn't an issue for me, the room amenities fell short; the toiletries and towels were of poor quality, the bathroom itself was not in good shape, and the TV channel selection was extremely limited. It is a solid, well-located choice for park access, but the management needs to align their third-party billing accuracy and invest in basic bathroom upgrades.

It’s right next to international drive It was dirty, unkept and no safe to keep personal belongings. The breakfast was shocking. One of the washing machines and both dryers were broken and so was the ice machine.

Staff was very helpful Room was full of bugs, while walking property it appeared that most AC units were leaking or broken of some kind

It offered a pool Everything was super dirty, things were busted and broken, the bathroom door hinge’s were rusted shut so we couldn’t close it. The hall ways were covered in stains from a fire they had a while back so everything was covered in sprinkler water

The property itself is clean, the beds are nice and its close to the theme parks The bathtub, the toilet and the sink had moss, the breakfast has nothing on continental its just waffles, bread and coffee

Upon check-in, they gave us four different rooms and the room keys did not work. The pool was horrible and did not look like what it looked like in the pictures. When they gave us our fifth room, it already had someone staying in the room. They refuse to give us a refund or cancel our reservation because we booked through Expedia. Will never ever stay at this hotel . Also, the air conditioner was not working at this hotel four thumbs down.

The location of the place is the best.
