The hotel is excellent. They just need to improve the breakfast variety, install slightly higher toilets, Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.

The room was very old, good view but the restroom had holes and the tub was not working. The breakfast was very bad and the staff was not helpful at all.

It was okay. They charged me with $250 as security deposit which I didn’t get back yet.

It's clean and was in happy with the view and the staff. The breakfast was mildly disappointing basically no protein options available, the only one was warm boiled eggs which isn't great. So I always got breakfast somewhere else every day.

Pool hours are short. Wish it was enclosed so it can be open for longer

Had problems with tv and no one came to fix. Hairs and bugs on bed in a newly renovated room. The front staff was very rude. Breakfast was terrible. Would not stay again

Location and pool were good. Where to start….. The room was only given fresh towels and beds made after we requested it after 4 days!!!! Even then the bins were not emptied or the rest of the room cleaned. Only 2 coffee Sachets in room and not replenished. Along with 2 toilet rolls for a week for 3 people!!! Breakfast was the same every day which consisted of cereal, yogurt, waffles and stale bread and boiled eggs. Tables were not cleaned at all so lucky dip to try to get a clean area!!!! Staff at reception seemed to be doing you a favour when asked for something rather than providing a service. As for newly renovated, well i would have hated to seen what state the hotel was in before!!! . It seems as if the are running the hotel at bare minimum budget Honestly can’t believe how bad our overall experience was at a Ramada hotel. Ramada used to be a well respected leading hotel chain!!! Absolute dreadful now especially for the price.

It's the second time I've been staying at the hotel. On this occasion we were in the renovated area, very clean, beautiful view and excellent attention. Very good location, a few minutes from volcano and universal, close to outlets and restaurants, good option.

The sky top bar & pools, location Had to be moved rooms on the first day as the original room was absolutely filthy, grease and food stains all over the pull out bed, cigarette burns on the pull out bed cushions, bathroom looked like it had been used and main two beds just didn’t feel or look clean. Rooms weren’t clean or cleaned during our seven day stay, was told it would be every third day, after five days I had to go and ask and then it was a very brief two/three minute change the towels and even then I had to virtually demand the bins be emptied after 5 days with three people sharing. They locked us out of the hotel on the second night saying that people weren’t on the booking when they clearly were. The front desk staff were terrible in both attitude and willingness to assist with any problem we had and at one point even tried to make out the problem was of our own making. The breakfast is at best minimal at worst stale or past its best.

Customer service was on point. We got the Club Suite. Pool was very small. Wish it was a little nicer. The roof should be inviting since you’re paying extra. Looked like my local pool hangout.

Nothing Everything i dont no how they call that a breakfast its not. An then we had a guy from his window pull his pants down an we told but they never did anything so do not stay there we didn't even see a cleaning person the whole 7 days we were there worse place I have ever stayed at

I like the view of my window I didn't like the breakfast; it could have been better than what was served.
