Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center

While the outdoor pool and bar were nice, the rooms were baron. No art, nothing there. A bed, a desk, two chairs. Only a couple of the outlets worked. Very disappointing.

The property was ok, rooms were decent.

Absolutely horrible experience. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and felt very unsafe. The hallways smelled terrible, and there was trash, clothing, and other items left throughout the property. The bathrooms were disgusting, the bathtubs were filthy, and several mirrors were broken. The entire place looked run down and neglected. The property looked nothing like the photos shown on the app the pictures were very misleading. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to other travelers. Avoid this place.

Once we were finally helped, the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful when answering our questions about transportation to and from the Universal parks. The problems continued throughout the night. The hotel was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep. I was awakened multiple times by various noises, and to make matters worse, fireworks were being set off in the parking lot at 2:00 AM. The overall experience was so poor that we decided to check out early and move to a different hotel after just one night.

El personal todos muy amables. La piscina estaba bastante sucia, comprendo por la cantidad de gente que había pero no me agrada a mí. La habitación las camas eran muy pequeñas, una sabana tenía un par de pelos no de cabello de otro lado que claramente nuestro no era porque al abrir la cama estaban ahí. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido pero eran 3 opciones un burrito, un sanguche o 5 palitos de tostadas francesas agua o juguito. Lo que pareció más agradable a nuestro gusto pedir fue el sanguche que no habían más a las 9am.

Check in on a room with a/c not working and had to be transferred to another room after a while

El lugar está muy bonito, pero pienso que respecto a la limpieza debería limpiar las habitaciones diario y no cada 4 días como lo hacen.

Nos atendieron muy bien,las areas exteriors muy bonitas,limps,pero las habitaciones muy sucias.

Todo estuvo perfecto

My room was missing a microwave

The breakfast they have grab and go only which was little disappointing to have voucher for same thing for 5 days. Otherwise overall decent experience.

Good location, large room, ice machine broken on every floor..... Seemingly hotel aware but completely uninterested in helping or rectifying the issue.

Our room at 5316 was leaking because of the rain. You could see that area was already patched. The place looks old and needs some upgrade. Staff were friendly nonetheless. We liked that it’s located in a nice area that has a lot of food spots.

Great stay! For visiting the parks it’s ok!
