Great location!

The only criticism I have is the limited availability of microwaves in the hotel. Only two were available for use in the entire hotel with multiple guests waiting to reheat their food. For a hotel this size it’s ridiculous and I have been a guest at this hotel for over ten years. When the hotel is booked with multiple groups during busy times with hundreds of people this can be extremely frustrating. I waited over 30 minutes to access an available microwave with two people ahead of me for one on the left side of restaurant. The second microwave on the right side had its own line of guests waiting for their turn to reheat food. By the time I was able to reheat my food there were over 10 guests waiting to access two microwaves. For a hotel of this caliber is totally unacceptable. As a member of the hotel’s loyalty club this needs to seriously be addressed.

Gym was not included in the stay which was not worth it for the price

I’ve stayed at this hotel for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The only downside to me now is that if you valet park and have an electric car, they can’t charge it for you. You have to go to self parking and do it yourself. And there’s only two of them for this enormous hotel and public parking.

When I got to my room, I found a dead roach, which was very off-putting. The restaurant food was mediocre and not nearly as good as I remembered from previous visits. The hotel also felt much less lively, with noticeably fewer guests, and overall it seemed outdated and not as well maintained as it once was. It’s disappointing to see a place I’ve enjoyed for so many years seem to have gone downhill. I truly hope management makes improvements because this hotel has always held a special place for me.

My Go to Hotel When I travel to Orlando. Staff is always amazing and hotel is clean

The smell inside the room is terrible. The shower head is a joke. Hard to rinse the hands imagine the whole body.
