The bed linen smelled like dirty laundry!

The ac in our room was terrible , struggled to keep the room cool . The shower door the the shower would not stay close so that was also a pain . Other than that it was a nice stay

Great property for families. We were in Orlando for 2 nights to go to SeaWorld so this location was perfect. The pool is open late and there are lots of food options in walking distance.

Overall great experience, from check in until check out. Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious! Breakfast was decent for being free. Will definitely stay here again!

Good overall. Best thing was separate bath and WC with their own wash.

Staff always said hello and were so pleasant. Amenities were great for price and is located in central area. The poolside bar was great and easy to use.

Great property comfortable beds but the road to get out is congested almost at all hours of the day. Else everything was lovely

Great place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was staffed each morning. The rooms were beautiful and a good size. My kids loved the pool. It was also a great location - 5 minutes from Seaworld, 20 from Disney, 15 from Universal.

Only downside was that we had to pay to park at the property, near SeaWorld Orlando. That was "different" as a registered guest at a non-downtown hotel location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you for everything.

Staff here is amazing. Everyone has a great attitude and willing to help. I needed extra blankets for my kids and they had them up to me within 5 minutes. Breakfast staff where also on point and very friendly. I would have given this place 5 starts but the touchup repairs in the bathroom where poorly done and the water pressure on the 6 floor was definitely needing attention. Closeness to the theme parks was a huge advantage. Besides the few things I will definitely head back to this hotel on my next SeaWorld Orlando trip .

The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. A really great experience.
