Great for families and kids

Very nice and clean . Helpful staff

The hotel was good. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. It was difficult to find parking anywhere near our room. The staff was great and housekeeping did a wonderful job! I’d stay again.

Perfect place for enjoy with the family.

Felt like our room was not properly cleaned. There was trash sticking out from under one of the beds and the room had a smell. They offered to come reclean it quick for us but it was late at night and my kids had already fallen asleep

It was excellent and we loves it.

Cons: - Overall the staff was not friendly. They rushed you often when checking in, checking out at gift shop and diner. And again never smiling, just seemed like they were miserable. - You have to pay for parking for each night you are staying at the resort. (Could have stayed off site for much less and drove to the parks for the same price of parking) - The room had urine stains around the toilet on the floor. - Closet door was off hinges and laying over. - Rooms were much smaller than even those of all stars resorts at Disney. - The majority of the cleaning staff seemed unfriendly. Rarely ever smiling when passing and saying hi. - When at the pool there were two days when towels didn’t get stocked while swimming. -The prices at the food court (Bayliner Diner) are very inflated. Do yourself a favor and eat off site or go to city walk. Pros: - Close enough to City Walk, Islands, and universal that you can walk. (Says 30min walk but only took us 17min) - Two pools - Self laundry on 3rd and 6th floor of buildings. - Bus transportation (doesn’t run as frequently as Disney) Lines for buses can get very long at end of night.

Great place to stay for vacation

We went for Universal Studios and loved the shuttle and early park entry. The hotel was clean and the staff fantastic. Only downside was that some of the door handles were broken or missing and the cards didn’t always work at the gates when moving between buildings. We enjoyed the lazy river and the pools.

Didn't like ANY of the food. Everything was overpriced, boring and bland.

The rooms next to us had a room service tray with a lot of uneaten food sitting outside the door for atleast a day and half before it was picked up and we saw a decent number of roaches which I know are common in the area, but I have a feeling that regularly picking up food on the ground floor might help lessen the roaches.
