Great experience!

Beautiful resort and very close to islands of adventure and universal studios!

The resort was beautiful as always, each year we love to visit this one resort! Always welcoming and just a beautiful place to stay and relax. Close to all the outside attractions and stores in the area. Me and my family love it!

Amazing and close to parks

Great pool area and perfect location to walk to the Universal Studios and IOA

The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Very convenient to get to the park and back.

Clean and well located for walking to the parks.

Only feedback is that with all the early arrivals, I did not feel like the staff was able to help us get a room quickly which was a bit disappointing. Once we got into a room, it was clean and comfy.

Lovely and clean, huge property very close to parks. The fast passes are amazing value and well worth doing so for this alone I’d highly recommend Family Rooms very small and charging $8 in the room for water is extortionate.

We loved everything about the property. Staff was friendly, facility was beautiful, activities and plenty of amenities

The location being within walking distance of the two parks was nice. The time the walking path closes to get in at the closer entrance and then you have to hike up hill after a long day in the park. That was terrible.

The pool are open till late, games for the kids to play, easy check in and check out and of course the proximity to the parks! The fold away bed was squished in between the two main beds making it difficult to move around the beds - luckily it was for a small child and was comfy so she was happy

Property is beautiful and has a peaceful feel. There are several varied dining options that should please everyone in your party. I especially love the sushi bar near the lobby. Unfortunately while we were there a construction project was going on in our tower. (2) The room next door was being painted - fumes were strong - and so was the area at the bottom floor of the elevator bank. The elevators went up, but not down, so we had to take the stairs. Complimentary waters in the room might have been nice after a long day at the parks.

The rooms were clean, the staff was accommodating very early in the morning and they had our room ready to way before actual check in time. The water taxi was awesome (and no lines) to get back and forth from the resort to the parks. Also whatever they had in their lobby vents smelled amazing!!
