El hotel no esta limpio ni huele bien

Room was ok. The hallways and elevator smelled like a petting zoo and weed. Staff was great.

Definitely not your long vacation spot. Extremely small room, bathroom door falling apart, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, sink not attached to counter. Ac worked great but sounds like a jet engine turning on every time it starts. For a single night stay only type of place.

Nothing they couldn’t find my reservation so called at the front desk so I had to pay full price Bad customer service

Elevator has been out of order all 3 times i have stayed here since March 2026. Also recommend getting some electric vehicle charging stations.

The drain was stocked up even after we told the people in the office

Amy, the manager said some fault report against me saying that I had an unregistered guest there and saying some other comments to her, but I never did that and then they show proof of anything

Horrible, this guy had 2 bullies dogs in his room barking all night. Fighting with his girl and slamming his door 349 all night. And to make things worst I believe he's a squatter. I want a refund on my stay, I didn't sleep all night.

For a short trip everything is fine except that they must change the carpet of all the corridors

Hotel cancelled reservation and I had to make another one.

Nothing Horrible services keys never worked staff were rude and was always inconvenience when going to the front desk !
