Orlando International Drive North Hotel

The room are very clean and neat and I enjoy every minute there Thanks to Ty at the front desk he made it more exciting to me and I told Ty at the front desk that I will definitely leave a review message and thank y'all a whole lot for letting me enjoy my stay there and once again I promise I really appreciate everything and I promise that I have enjoyed being there in that exact hotel and room and I will definitely be back soon or sooner Thank you a lot Ty at the front desk

El cuarto en overall bastante bien, pero el olor a humedad terrible. Toallas y ropa de camas sucias. Aire no se puede controlar

I loved everything about this.place. The staff was friendly & very polite. The night Mgr. on duty 6/13/06 went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & felt like at home.

i did not stay because the room was filthy with dead cockroaches and ceiling debri. customer service was unavailable and due to this i now have to fight to get my refund

I only gave 4 stars for a few little mishaps. We arrived midnight on check in day, front counter staff was great but after a 14 hour drive we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Our room had a strong order of mold, possibly from ac, but again we were tired so we went to bed and We woke the next morning and ask the front counter staff possibly manager to please change our room with no hesitation he did. Our next room room amazingly clean and fresh!!! Breakfast was always good staff was friendly always filling food. Pool was extremely clean!!!! Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of it. Shuttle was great but we chose to Uber. The only other complaint I had was at checkout and this is the real reason I could have given a true 3 star rather than a 5 for this place. At check out the counter staff who seemed like he was bothered by me checking out after 5 days there not the same as check in or manager but someone who seemed to not know how to work the computer told me he could not give me a receipt at check out because I booked w Hotels.com he said they were responsible for giving me a receipt! I asked again he said you used a third party call them. So I wasn't able to get a itemized receipt for my week trip which I have never heard of before I have always got a receipts from hotels when I have stayed before. I thought he was rude and just didn't want to deal with it. Other than those two issues and one that was corrected and our stay was great!

Cheap hotel with a great location, close to all parks which makes it great if you planning to stay for 1-2 nights or just if you gonna use it to sleep there. It wasn’t that good the maintenance of the place, some rooms are very damp with water spreading over the floor in various places and poorly cleaned. They didn’t clean the room while we stayed. I recommend it only if you planing to stay max 2 nights and if u don’t really care about the maintenance of the place, if you planning to stay for a long time I wouldn’t.

Overall the hotel okay, nothing special though. We probably won’t stay here again. By all means we weren’t disappointed, we just think it was average. The pool was very nice and breakfast was okay as well. We had to constantly ask for towels though and noticed stains on them every now and then.house keeping doesn’t show up everyday either.

Was close to Universal studios, Breakfast on property was good, would have felt better if dead bolt worked.

Tuve problema con la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación 2 días. Pero por lo demás el personal me ayudó rápidamente. Fueron super amables. La ubicación está excelente. Las habitaciones son super cómodas. La piscina limpia y bonita y sus áreas para jugar. Definitivamente me quedaría nuevamente.
