Muy decepcionada con este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos no había agua caliente y nadie nos informó eso durante el check-in. Cuando fuimos a reclamar, el personal simplemente evitó tomar responsabilidad y dijeron que no había ningún supervisor disponible hasta las 9:30 de la mañana siguiente. Super close to the parks where there was a free shuttle provided! Clean rooms and good breakfast. Great value for the money. Wish it could have been maintained a bit better.
