Great place besides the long check in

Property overall was clean. Staff was friendly and check in and out was nice and easy. Room was clean, besides fruit flies coming from the sink drain. We like that it was centrally located to many entertainment areas and resteraunts. The Room setup was phenomenal. kitchenette was nice, bath was large, and the living room setup was great. Also like the single outside entrance and the 2 room entrances so you could go away with 2 families. I would stay here again 100%

Okay, after we got all of that squared away, I was not expecting it to be a time share location. Wanting us to do the whole time share spill. No thanks. Not interested. The room and complex itself was fine. There were only 2 large forks, no scissors, no pizza or cookie sheet for the oven, VERY limited kitchen items. The typical things you expect to find in a kitchen, were not there. That was the most frustrating part. The bathtub squirted water everywhere. There was no way to run the water without making a huge mess. No grassy pet potty areas. Pet areas were near tree lines where racoons (saw them) and wildlife were. Nope, not taking my pet! We got a text the day before checkout and clicked the link expecting instructions, but none were on there. I did the usual fridge cleanout, turn on dishwasher, take out trash.

The space was wonderful and the furniture was pleasant(no edges to hurt a small child).The number of pools meant there was no over crowding.We didn’t use all of the amenities offered but had a great stay.

Found this place on social media. Great location to parks and restaurants. Well organized and shuttles were a plus. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was great and room was great

The rooms are a nice size and a great location to stay with Disney being close by. The rooms were cleaned but not throughly. There was some kind of red sauce still on the counter top and dripped down the cabinets it was like salsa or pasta sauce and the room still smelled strongly of the odor of food. The shower still had a used soap bar in it that had been used it was stuck to the shelf in there. The shower curtains had some mold and mildew on them as well. The overall property was clean and well lit at night and the hotel unit was easy to find.

Check in is a strange process where you check in but have to go to a whole other country to complete for your parking pass. If you question anything they look at you strange. Also instead of being one location with shared administrator it's all separate buildings like a bunch of hotels under one name or check in office
