The hotel overall was good. I will say it is sad how you get nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING! Parking a car costs $36 a day yet they offer NO SHUTTLE to and from the airport. My friend wanted to purchase a snack and when she got to the register she said forget it. I get it, the hotel is a business, however this hotel, and 'm sure many others, have reduced hospitality to mean rip off and take advantage of people on vacation. How about we get back to the basics and STOP the greed!

The room was so clean, breakfast buffet was AMAZING.

We especially commend the valet staff as they were always cheerful and quick to help us load up, unload and have the car available. Our disappointment was the cost of the food. We went to the seafood restaurant and while the food was good I wouldn’t say it was great which was disappointing for $120. We tried the 152 club and it was just OK. Again almost $100 for 1 sandwich, one medium pizza and one drink. We went to breakfast downstairs and again just OK. My husband loved the omelets but everything was buffett at $25 each. I each less than 1 cup of food in a meal so it was very expensive even at the kids price. The one restaurant we were most impressed with was the poolside bar and grill. The drinks we well made, the staff very on their toes and friendly, and the food was impeccable. Full of flavor and plenty to eat. I would especially recommend the Ahi Tuna Bowl or the Philly Cheesestake, but again $100 or more. So nice room, clean place, friendly staff but don’t eat at the resort if you’re watching a budget.

The room wasn’t too clean that I will smell like eggs the stuff is very nice. Breakfast wasn’t included. We have to pay for breakfast but an absent breakfast included, and we have to pay for parking and also sit on a parking included.

Great stay!

The pools are overcrowded and too spread out. We could only get towels at one of the pools and then had to carry them around because towels were not available at the other pools. Check in was delayed because the room wasn’t clean and then when we got to our floor, there was a dampness in the air and mold on the ceiling in the hallway. Overall it was not a resort I would stay at again in this area.

Decent property, with well appointed rooms. Somewhat pushy time-share salesman in reception, which felt horribly out of place. Shower in the bathroom was either stone cold or boiling hot and would literally be a danger to small children. A good resort that could be great with some minor tweaks.

Beds were very uncomfortable, the tub drained very slowly, the toilet did not flush well, 70 was the coldest I could get the room, and charging a resort fee and parking at the same time, it did not feel like it was worth the price I paid. Very unsatisfied.

Our room was clean and maintained every single day. So it was nice at the end of the long Disney day to come home to a clean hotel room! We will for sure stay here again.

Nice hotel when you walk in very new and modern. Shuttle to Disney was good. Having the store downstairs, albeit expensive, came in handy. Pool restaurant service was nice. There was a massive conference when we arrived that took over the entire hotel and made it very loud and crowded. The hotel was extremely crowded even after that ended. Impossible to get a pool chair had to sit at the expensive restaurant to watch child swim. Also elevators were glitching and buttons would press when you were not pressing them causing you to stop at floors unnecessarily.
