Very good
-
The staff The AC was too laud and I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The WiFi was also too slow.
-
The beds were pretty comfortable and the area is good for walking around. I paid extra for a patio and it was a glorified alleyway, do NOT believe the pictures and pay extra.
-
Overall great experience.

The Hotel itself has a cool modern vibe and looks like it’s been remodeled recently. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but other than that, a great stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when in Pasadena!
-
Location in Pasadena was good and convenient Parking fee of 36 dollars . You can go one block down and park for 15 . Poorly cleaned . There were stains on the pillows from previous guests. Some days room service never attended the room

Food and service were great

Clean newly remodeled hotel. Great bed, not too soft, self prepare coffee and fridge in the room. Loved the self pay snack shop by the lobby. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Beautiful pool and would have been a five star rating but we had problems getting someone to put the umbrellas up during the hot afternoons and they need to have a staff person pick up the pool area on a regular basis. I plan on returning when I am next in the Pasadena area.
-
The lobby was nice and parking structure easy to access. The room we were in didn’t have proper working restroom lighting and the trash cans did not have trash bags in them i don’t know if that’s new policy. Kind of felt like they didn’t finish cleaning the room. The bench by the bed was dirty with dark brown stains on it, there was water stains on the little table in the room, the bed had what seemed like dog hair in it which made me almost get pink eye when I woke up in the morning, It didn’t feel clean or worth the 300+$ I spent for the night.

This is my husband and I second time staying here and we are again so impressed with everything about this hotel. The rooms are clean, bed is beyond comfortable, the bar quirky and fun, front desk helpful, and the area in the city beautiful. This will remain as our staycation always.
-
Hotel is right beside the convention center. Lovely lobby. Good vibes. Room was comfy. Very convenient to Old Town restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
-
Evening room service was quite limited. We did not have a microwave in our room. Paid for a mobility assist room but the bathroom had a tub and not a walk-in shower. No one available to assist with luggage at all.

We highly recommend this. Hotel.

The property itself is dated but generally clean and well-maintained. However, the hallways leading to our second-floor room had an old, stuffy odor, and unfortunately the same stagnant smell was noticeable when we first entered the room. We ended up keeping the air conditioning running all night to help circulate the air and make the room more comfortable. The room had some maintenance issues. While the balcony was a nice feature, the sliding door did not lock securely. Additionally, the blackout curtains were not functioning properly and could not be opened or closed as intended. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well once the room aired out. The hotel bar closed before 11 p.m., it was Tues. We also dined at Lyric restaurant, which was clean and welcoming. The staff there were excellent. Maria stood out in particular—she took the time to engage with us, ask about our stay, and have a genuinely pleasant conversation. She was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Our other server was wonderful as well, though unfortunately I cannot recall her name. Both contributed to a positive dining experience. Overall, while the hotel could benefit from updates and better attention to room maintenance and ventilation, the friendly staff, comfortable bed, and positive experience at Lyric helped make the stay enjoyable.

It was a relatively clean place, the biggest factor of our review was the AC unit totally sucked. When we called the front desk they sent a technician but he only looked at the AC for 2 minutes and told us the temperature was too low and that’s why it wasn’t working but he didn’t fix anything :(

Super friendly staff The swimming pool The large bedroom and good bed The mini shop for small snacks and drinks 24/7 My room was facing the general AC system so a bit of continuous noise at night. But I sleep with ear plugs so this went fine.
