Extended Stay Premier Suites - Pensacola- Nas Corry Station

the rooms were great ,and the staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel and it was great. We will do it again.

The staff is great. The elevator floor and some of the tiled areas were also dirty.

The breakfast wasn't like others hotel that offer scrambled eggs, sausage...etc They offered a limited "grab & go," offer.. The room was clean, parking included and very friendly staff.

There is no wifi despite what they say, the cell service is terrible, pillows were flatter then a wall(seriously I think jails provide nicer pillows to inmates)

Hotel is in a sketchy part of town, the pictures didn’t seem to match the hotel. We decided not to even check in. We weren’t refunded because we reserved the hotel after 5pm. Lesson learned……don't make the same costly mistake I did.

It’s actually quite decent. Perhaps the extremely picky types might find something to complain about, but otherwise, it’s good—it’s a perfectly fine place to stay.:)

Excellent customer service! I loved the kitchenette with full size frig, stove top, microwave and sink. Which is a great money saving option if staying for an extended trip and the great thing is they will lone out all the basic cooking supplies, pot, pan, plates, bowls and utensils! Also it’s only 15 minutes from several beaches and if you’re lucky you’ll see the Blue Angels buzz by as they practice!! I will definitely stay there again!

You get what you pay for! The lobby was nice, but gave false hope for the room. The staff was helpful. There was only one elevator and it takes forever to utilize the elevator. The room did have a kitchenette, but no dishes or utensils at all. (You had to rent them out which was inconvenient) The air conditioner was loud and anytime it cut on, it woke us up. The chair in the room smelled like whoever sat in it last. The breakfast offered "grab and go" and they only offered packaged oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, prepackaged fruit bars, and coffee. Getting towels was also a hassle because we had to return the dirty ones for new ones, but had to hunt down the right person for them. However, the washer and dryer set up that you had to pay for was good in terms of getting our clothes clean. We had a noise complaint from our toddlers walking in the room, but people played loud music all night and ran through the halls. The ice machine set up was very unsanitary as anyone was able to reach inside and grab with their hands. The staff also took in a stray large dog that was terrorizing the lobby and we were told he was friendly and comes in frequently.
