5 star!

The room had a TV with lots of wires hanging out. Looked like a college kids dorm room. TV remote difficult to figure out. Could not find a Switch for one of the lights.

I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. However, my room never received a proper cleaning in my 5 night stay, my TV never actually worked, and the elevator was the worst part. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, just some bad communication perhaps between functions.

The staff friendly I like that hotel. Little pricy but I like.

Superb

I thought it was ridiculous that you charge your customers $7.00 a day, who is paying almost $200 dollars a night for parking on the premises. Un heard of, it's not public parking it's private. Also, while sleeping in our room, they had television being installed in the next room. The banging woke us up!!!! Last but not least, my husband is a retired veteran. When I asked if you had a military discount, you stated not for that night!! CRAZY!!!

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. I didn't try the breakfast. Had to pay for parking at $7.00/day. It costs more money with less service.

From the welcome to Courtyard to come and stay with us again. Vernessa reception agent was Amazing ?. The Riverwalk view for my room and bar was beautiful. Another day's stay with you would have been wonderful; however, I was on my way to our next destination for spring break.
